The ideal candidate will bring a blend of executive support, office management, and finance administration experience, with a passion for creating a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Manage office operations and facilities, ensuring a well-organised, welcoming environment and handling supplies, mail, and couriers.

- Coordinate staff engagement activities, including birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and internal events like Christmas parties and strategy days.
- Facilitate onboarding for new starters, including IT setup, welcome packs, and induction coordination.
- Maintain accurate staff records (contact lists, RDOs) and manage internal communications for cultural initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc projects and system updates (e.g., HubSpot, IT subscriptions) and assist with webinar coordination.
- Act as a key liaison with Finance and Accounts Payable teams for approvals and reporting.

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with systems like HubSpot, Teams, and D365; finance experience is a plus.
